These terms govern orders placed on https://valdenx.com under the brand Valden, operated by Zhengzhou Meihao Trading Co., Ltd. (responsible person: Ouyang Pu). Paying for a crate means you agree to them.

The workshop

We sell hardwood boxes: jewellery trays and towers, gift clamshells, knife blocks and sheaths, a watch roll. Woods are named. Brass is left unlacquered so it can dull. This site is the stock line; custom sizes are not on the published fifteen.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars as shown. Payment is taken at checkout. An order is accepted when payment clears and we send a confirmation.

Shipping

Crates go out within five working days. Cherry towers and hanging cabinets travel in foam wells; do not refuse the crate and ask us to send “just the box in a bag”. Duties are the receiver’s. We do not under-declare.

Returns

Unused boxes in their crates: fourteen days. We collect large pieces. A wall that has been drilled is not unused. Felt crush, water rings, and knife marks in liners are wear. Do not return a knife box with a blade inside.

Warranty

Split mitres and failed catches within the period on the product page are repaired or replaced. Pine dents, brass spotting, and felt compression are the materials behaving.
