1. Workshop of record

   This notice covers valdenx.com, the Valden workshop storefront. The controller is Zhengzhou Meihao Trading Co., Ltd. Ouyang Pu is the person who answers a ticket.

2. Marks we keep on a crate

   Name, email, telephone, delivery address, SKU, and any note you send with a hanging cabinet (including which way a door must swing). Photographs of a split lid or a failed catch stay with the ticket until the repair year ends, then they are deleted.

   Card numbers never sit on this server. The processor named at checkout takes them. A session cookie keeps a crate through a refresh. No advertising pixels. Lists are not sold.

3. Why the file exists

   To crate and ship, to collect a large unused piece, to repair a mitre or a catch within twelve months, and to keep tax books. We do not mail catalogues.

   Order files are kept for as long as tax and warranty require, usually two years after the last crate left the bench.

4. Hands other than ours

   The host of valdenx.com. The payment processor. The carrier, who receives a name, a telephone, and an address. We do not under-declare a crate.

5. Reading the file back

   Ask to see, correct, or erase what the law allows, or to object to a use that is not required to finish an order. Write to 3658915177@qq.com. We answer in a reasonable time.
