Case	What we do
Unused box, still in the crate, within fourteen days	We take it back. Large pieces — towers, hanging cabinets — are collected; do not post a 4 kg cabinet without speaking to us first.
A wall already drilled	Not unused. The cabinet has been installed.
Felt crush, water rings, knife marks in a liner	Wear. Not a return.
Split mitre or failed catch in warranty	Repaired or replaced. Photograph both sides before you oil over a split.
A knife box posted with a blade inside	Do not. Empty the sheath first. We will refuse the parcel.
Pine that dented	Southern yellow pine dents. That is the material. We do not replace a dent that is the wood behaving.
