Seven wells, not a pile. Rings stand in felt so stones do not click. The brass catch is a thumb-rest, not a lock.

Use

Set on a dresser, felt insert down. Lift the insert to empty grit. Oil the walnut twice a year with a drop of tung. Brass will spot; wipe dry, do not lacquer.

Warranty

Split lid or loose catch within 12 months is repaired or replaced. Felt compression is expected. Keep away from wet basins.

Returns

Unused tray in crate within 14 days. Worn felt is not a reason to return. Photograph a split before oiling over it.
